At UndrDog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Hemp Black Tee. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn Hemp Black Tee in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
